Group is the collective name for several companies
managed by Mr. Ghislain Lenaers onto the Balearic
islands and is a member of the Group GL international
with head-office in Houthalen - Belgium.
The company has specialised itself in the
last few years to develop mixed retail and
residential project in centre locations, especially
in the area of Puerto de Andratx. |

The
strategy of the group is to build up a strong
retail/office portfolio within the next few
years, especially in AA locations like Puerto
de Andratx and Palma de Mallorca.
Before the end of 2011 the company plans to
have more then 30retail locations and to have
developed 45 apartments within the centre
of Puerto de Andratx. |

Windex
Trading SA, the main Company within the Windex
Group was been constituted in July 1987. The
first years the company managed an apartment-hotel
located in Puerto de Andratx - Cala Moragues.
At the end of 1999, the complex was converted
into a small urbanisation of luxury villa's
which have been sold on the real-estate market
during 2000 and 2001.
In 2002 the company proceeded with Villa developing
into the Puerto de Andratx area. The same
year they developed there 40th villa and started
its first Mixed retail/residential project
within the centre of Puerto de Andratx.
As a result of the success with the mixed
retail/residential project, Windex commence
looking for new sites and retail locals within
the centre.
Since 2005 Windex is now one of the largest
retail/residential developers in the centre
of Puerto de Andratx.
